Our Web Maintenance packages are based on 12 months term pricing, payable in advance.

What can I use Support per Month for ?
Lots of things. Installing a new plugin, adjusting some css styling, adding some content, pictures etc. Note*- Requests will be evaluated on a one on one basis. If we feel your request can’t be accommodated within your time allotment, we will provide you an estimate to complete requested works in advance.

Can I carry over my monthly support time?
Unfortunately not. Your time must be used every month.

How often is my website backed up?
Standard Plan = monthly, Premium Plan = weekly, Ultimate Plan = daily

Will you move my existing website for me?
Yes, in most cases. Contact us to discuss.
