Every now and again have a look at two things to positively impact your business.
#1. Ensure the majority of your employees are busy at work that directly relates to customers. Beware of things like long staff meetings, unnecessarily detailed inch thick reports. These things often creep up and distract you from the really important tasks – like focusing on your customers and reacting to their needs.
#2. Focus on the things you are doing right. Everyone makes occasional mistakes. Perhaps you tried a new marketing idea that didn’t work or was even a complete flop. Quickly learn from the event and move on. Continue to focus on what’s working and try to come up with things that enhance or extend those successful activities.
